No More Rug Pulls ("NMRP", "we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

• Email address (when you sign up for a free trial)
• Name (optional, when you sign up)
• Payment information (processed by Stripe — we never see your card details)

Information collected automatically:

• Wallet address (read-only, used to fetch your on-chain balances)
• Usage data (which features you use, when you use them)
• Device and browser information (type, operating system)
• IP address (for security and fraud prevention)

Information we do NOT collect:

• Private keys or seed phrases — ever
• Transaction history beyond what's publicly on-chain
• Passwords (we use wallet-based authentication)

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the NMRP service
• To send you transactional emails (welcome, trial expiry, violation alerts)
• To send you our email newsletter and onboarding sequence (you can unsubscribe anytime)
• To process payments through Stripe
• To improve the service and fix bugs
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse
• To comply with legal obligations

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on servers in the United States (Vercel infrastructure). We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption for all data in transit.

Portfolio data and settings are stored locally in your browser (localStorage) — it never leaves your device unless you explicitly share it.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Resend — email delivery (resend.com)
• MailerLite — email automation (mailerlite.com)
• Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com)
• Anthropic — AI analysis (anthropic.com)
• Alchemy — Solana blockchain data (alchemy.com)
• Vercel — hosting infrastructure (vercel.com)

Each of these services has their own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

5. Data Retention

We retain your email address and account information for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for 30 days before deletion so you can reactivate. You may request deletion at any time by emailing hello@no-more-rug-pulls.com.

6. Your Rights (PIPEDA — Canada)

Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA), you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent for non-essential communications
• File a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada

7. Cookies and Local Storage

We use browser localStorage (not cookies) to store your preferences, trial status, and portfolio settings locally on your device. This data never leaves your browser unless you submit a form. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels.

8. Children's Privacy

NMRP is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us immediately.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
